I am a sole practitioner with over 20 years experience working in Architects practises.

I offer the following services:

Architectural Consultancy, Planning Drawing Preparation Submission and Liaison. General building and development consultancy. Interior design and advice,

estimating and surveying.

I work with Structural engineers and Building control approved inspectors, Landscape Architects, Surveyors, Arborologists and Contractors to allow for a smooth application and approval process prior to works commencing on site.

I am able to offer initial consultation giving design advice and estimates for all of your proposals or staged to suit the project requirements.

All matters regarding council submission and approval for regulatory certificates are undertaken by myself to allow for commencement of your work. 

I offer a 3D visualisation service on all projects so that the clients expectations are satisfied prior to planning application submission. In addition, i construct physical scale models when the project requires them.
